Our stay at the Five Hotel Jumeirah in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! Traveling with family, we felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. This hotel excelled in every aspect—from the exceptional service to the cleanliness and atmosphere. The service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. We felt that the staff genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable and were always quick to assist with any requests. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The combination of modern design and luxurious details created a relaxed yet upscale vibe, making it easy to unwind. The beds were also very comfortable, which added to the overall experience. All in all, I highly recommend the Five Hotel Jumeirah. It offers not only top-notch comfort but also exceptional service and a great location. A true gem in Dubai and perfect for an unforgettable family vacation!

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. I had such a positive experience that I would definitely revisit! The staff are incredibly helpful at all hours of the day and night. In fact, I noticed there seemed to be even more staff available in the lobby during the evening and night hours than during the day, which was impressive and reassuring. The level of service is truly fantastic, and the reception team deserves special praise for being so welcoming and accommodating. The quality of the rooms is equally remarkable. They are well-maintained, comfortable, and designed to ensure a pleasant stay. Combined with the exceptional service, this hotel creates an experience that feels both professional and personal. Overall, it’s a fantastic place, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Great hotel! The food is amazing, both breakfast and both dinner. We had half board, and it totally worth it! At the dinner you get to choose between the 3 of the hotel's restaurant. The goose and the Italian are amazing and you get 160 AED for each dinner you can choose from (the hotel also alow you ti use it for lunch,.what can gives some flexibility) The facilities are great, the reception is very helpful. The room was great and they even gave us a free upgrade. Everything feels professional.

Loved the 2-bedroom apartment with the swimming pool and huge balcony. Excellent service and friendly attitude by all staff. Checked in late on saturday night and all the higher floor apartments were already taken so I ended up on the 11th floor. The next day I requested a move to a higher floor if possible for better view and less noise and was moved up to the 43rd floor which was awesome. - Access to Five at the Palm private beach was really nice.
