Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. We felt that the staff genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable and were always quick to assist with any requests. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The combination of modern design and luxurious details created a relaxed yet upscale vibe, making it easy to unwind. The beds were also very comfortable, which added to the overall experience. All in all, I highly recommend the Five Hotel Jumeirah. It offers not only top-notch comfort but also exceptional service and a great location. A true gem in Dubai and perfect for an unforgettable family vacation!

Also, a heartfelt thank you to Ali and Alina at the check in, and the housekeeping team, particularly Tina and Ram, for their outstanding service. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail significantly enhanced the comfort of our stay.

Loved the 2-bedroom apartment with the swimming pool and huge balcony. Excellent service and friendly attitude by all staff. Checked in late on saturday night and all the higher floor apartments were already taken so I ended up on the 11th floor. The next day I requested a move to a higher floor if possible for better view and less noise and was moved up to the 43rd floor which was awesome. - Access to Five at the Palm private beach was really nice.
